Educational Focus:​

A recognized leader at building artists’ voice while allowing for individual creativity, Sachal has conducted workshops and masterclasses around the world. He has trained all genres of singers and instrumentalists as well.

His approach, welcoming and disciplined, allows for students to thrive regardless of aptitude or experience.
Modules include:

  • Songwriting: Genre-bending, lyric writing, using both acoustic and electronic tools to tell a compelling story

  • Technical intensive: Building upon fundamentals and students’ good and bad habits to break through vocal difficulties

  • Jazz styling: How to connect to true jazz performance, from feel to rhythm and phrasing, plus interacting with musicians on stage

  • Performance vs. Studio: Techniques for mastering both studio recordings and live performance opportunities
